At Aspai Coliving, S.L., we process the personal data you provide us, as well as the data arising from your relationship with us, for the following purposes:

1. Information Request: At Aspai Coliving, S.L., we process the personal data you provide us, as well as the data arising from your relationship with us, in order to provide you with the information you request regarding our services.

2. Accommodation: We may also process the data you provide us, as well as the data arising from your relationship with us, in order to provide accommodation that best suits your preferences.

   • The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract in which the data subject is a party, as stipulated in Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR.

3. Guest Filtering and Recommendations (hereinafter referred to as "colivers"): We process the data you provide us for the purpose of enabling self-filtering and improving apartment recommendations based on coliver profiles to enhance their cohabitation experience and satisfaction during their stays.

   • The legal basis for this processing is the consent of the data subject in accordance with Article 6.1(a) of the GDPR and legitimate interests as defined in Article 6.1(f) of the GDPR.

4. Community Communications: We may also process the data you provide us, as well as the data arising from your relationship with us, such as photographs of events created, co-created, organized, or supervised by the company, in order to establish connections among Community members, share them with you, and with our target audience through email marketing, press releases, paid advertising campaigns, or social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or any other medium the company deems appropriate, and to identify you as a member of the Community to third parties.

   • The legal basis for this processing is the consent of the data subject in accordance with Article 6.1(a) of the GDPR.

5. Billing: Finally, we process the data you provide us, as well as the data arising from your relationship with us, for the purpose of managing billing and accounting, reporting to competent Public Administration bodies, as well as to providers or collaborating companies to fulfill the contracted services.

   • The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract in which the data subject is a party, as defined in Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR.

Aspai Coliving, S.L. will keep your personal data during the execution and maintenance of the contractual relationship, as well as during the time in which legal obligations or responsibilities may arise.

Aspai Coliving, S.L. may communicate your personal data, if necessary, to public administrations, public and private entities, law enforcement agencies and security forces.

Aspai Coliving, S.L. does not foresee the international transfer of data. However, in the event that international transfers are made in the future, the provisions of the applicable Data Protection regulations will be applied.

There are no automated decisions or profiling.

The rights that you can exercise as the holder of your personal rights are as follows:

1. Access: you can obtain confirmation as to whether Aspai Coliving, S.L. processes personal data, as well as consult the personal data included in Aspai Coliving, S.L.'s processing.

3. Suppression: you can request the deletion of personal data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
